The S.C. Ten Year Energy Transformation Act

There has been a lot of discussion about legislation recently passed by the House to, among other things, facilitate the construction of new electric generation plants in South Carolina. The bill was passed the House by a vote of 83-21, and will be sent to the Senate. Read the bill, H5118, here and make up your own mind.
